Hello, can someone please explain why option B 'No' is correct for question 1?

Bowden 6 days ago
The scenario mentions that the synchronization completed successfully, which indicates that there isn’t an issue with the Azure AD credentials. If only 10 user accounts aren't synchronized, the problem is likely related to those specific accounts, not the Azure AD credentials. So the answer is 'No'.

Exactly! Modifying the Azure AD credentials doesn’t address the issue of missing users. You’d want to check if the OU containing those 10 users is included in the synchronization scope in Azure AD Connect. If it’s not, that’s why they aren’t syncing.

Good point Curtis! OU filtering is a common issue when specific users aren’t synchronizing. Another possibility could be that the accounts are excluded from synchronization due to attribute filtering in Azure AD Connect.

Yes, Bowden is right. The issue is more likely to be with the organizational unit (OU) filtering or the properties of those specific accounts, like being disabled or not matching the synchronization criteria. Modifying Azure AD credentials wouldn’t solve this.
